I have ordered from Legacy Sea Moss 3 times now, and each product(pineapple gallon, wild harvested sea moss, and elderberry sea moss) has been wonderful. I feel energized, it helped alleviate digestion problems i was having. Its also a good boost after a workout, which i found using a hour before and an hour after workout really helps my recovery. Its nice to have a local business like this in Richmond.
