In 2020, founder and CEO Angela Coffey was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by chronic pain, fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. Doctors confirmed there is no cure for fibromyalgia. Prescription medications were prescribed to manage the diagnosis with no real guarantee and risky side effects. After an attempt at prescription medication, but no luck, Angela began her quest for answers and solutions for the illness and pain.

Angela discovered Seaweed and later Gold Seamoss. She noticed immediate benefits and decreased pain. For the first time, Angela found relief and results. As she shared the benefits with friends and family, the request for Seamoss orders began. Angela’s deep compassion to help those around her with similar health challenges lead to the creation of Legacy Sea Moss.
